Romain

Today, we meet with Alizée Gamberini who is a French model based in Paris. She is a very smart and natural girl who knows what she wants, seeks freedom and living a life on her own terms. You can find her at the Chanel Fashion show or wearing streetwear in Seoul, she has a perfect sense of style and details, this is why brands such as Lacoste, Gucci or COS are seduced and are choosing her for their campaigns.

How would you define yourself in 3 words?

Alizée Gamberini: Sincere, deep, and funny.

What is your favorite quote?

This too shall pass, from my friend Pia.

How did you become a model?

Actually, I became a model thanks to Instagram. Brands discovered me on it.

Is it your full-time occupation?

Yes, it’s my full-time occupation. I am also trying to develop my acting career. Everything, in time.

One thing you cannot live without?

My family! They are everything to me!

What is your definition of success?

To me, success is being able to do whatever I want whenever I want and to work hard enough to become proud and happy. Besides, it’s important for me to make my family proud and happy for me.

Based on your experience, what advice would you give to someone to find their own way in life?

It’s a very difficult question because I haven’t still found my own way in life, so I am not really in a position to give advice about this. I always feel like I am lost in the universe, so I do not think I am the right person to answer this question. However, I would say to just follow your instinct and feelings. As I said, everything takes time. If it works it works. If it does not, well, you just have to try something else.

Life is short. You have to take some risks!

Who’s the person you admire the most?

My parents. I can’t choose sorry. (smiles)

Your best quality?

I would say that I am a loyal person!

Any bad habits you would like to get rid of?

Partying too hard perhaps!

Any new habits you would like to start?

I would like to spend more time at the gym and read more.

Your favorite city?

Paris! and then Seoul.

What is your next destination?

I am going to Rio De Janeiro in Brazil in November.

What is your morning routine?

I first start with a cup of coffee, then going over my agenda for the day and jump in the shower.

Besides you, who should we follow on Instagram?

My friend Laberiane @TheBlab.

We follow you, can you follow us back?

Aha nice try but I only follow my friends. Too many people on Instagram! (laughs)

Best advice ever received?

Stay true to yourself.

Describe your perfect “feel good” day

The perfect day is hanging out with my friends, enjoying some sunshine, reading books in the grass at the park.

Where do you find your inspiration?

Literally everywhere. I can be inspired by everything: the streets, people, music, animals, art, food, parties, you name it!

What is your goal for the rest of the year?

Be more confident.

Who should we interview next?

My friend Pia @pia_mbd
